This is an end-of-terrace townhouse in Palmyra, the gated community at Vila Sol, and the end position is the point of it. It brings in light from an extra aspect, gives the ground-floor terrace direct access to the communal gardens and pool without passing through shared corridors, and creates a sense of space the mid-terrace units in the same development don't have. Around 240 m² across four levels — ground floor, first floor, basement and a private rooftop.

The other distinction is the views.
